AIF Services assists in valuable predictive maintenance of defective electrical components. Mandated by most fire insurance polices this safety data is an essential part of the Building Information Modeling (BIM).  The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70B§11.17.5 suggests that every commercial and industrial building in the United States should have an IR survey at least once a year. Our electrical surveys are performed by Thermographers that are Licensed Master Electricians.
